"My brother lost his life because of this stupid smoking law."

The lead story in the news today was the stabbing death of a bouncer in a nightclub in the East Village. The family of the victim felt the new anti-smoking law in New York city was to blame.

You know every time I commit a rape or a murder, it's really not my fault at all, it's those nasty laws that get in the way... get real people!

Put out your f**kin cigarette or go outside and smoke.

Call it what it is people! Some clowns got too drunk, took exception to being told to go outside to smoke (or put out their cigarette) and used it as an excuse to commit violence on someone who was trying to do his job for which they should be brought to trial and if found guilty of murder put away to contemplate the stupidity of their actions.

What's next? I didn't feel like stopping because the light was red?! Grow the f**k up, accept responsiblity for your actions, life is tough - so you have to wait to smoke your cigarette... like life is a big party for the rest of us.

Please!
